Sorry (MF) 'Don't say a word, darling,' he instructed her, 'Not one word until I've finished.' He led to an old fashioned open carriage with red velvet seats. A glossy black horse was between the shafts and a smartly dressed driver was holding the reins. They got in and he sat facing her. He produced a box of expensive Belgian chocolates, a bunch of red roses and a bottle of champagne. He piled his gifts on the seat besides her. As they progressed down the street he directed her gaze upward to a banner across the street that read 'I'M SORRY'. A truck pulled along side them with a string quartet on it, playing one of her favourite pieces of music. He brought out a jeweller's box and opened it to show her the diamond necklace with matching earrings and bracelet. He pointed up as they passed under another banner reading 'I'M VERY SORRY''. A fire engine pulled up behind with the local version of the Chippendales balanced on top, stripping and striking poses. A brass band swung out from a side street to follow the carriage. From under his seat he took a fur coat and laid it across her knees. An elephant joined the procession with the word 'Sorry' embroided on his headpiece. Up in the sky a plane was writing 'IM SO VERY SORRY' across the sky with its exhaust. They pulled to a halt outside a five star hotel. He led her along a red carpet and up to the honeymoon suite. A carefully chosen meal was laid out waiting for her. Then he took her to the four-poster bed and carefully undressed her. He made love to her slowly and passionately, dwelling on each inch of her body until he had produced the maximum amount of pleasure possible. Only then did he enter her and gently brought them both to orgasm. Holding her close in his embrace he whispered. 'I'm more sorry than words can ever say. Please forgive me.' She turned and looked deep into his repentant eyes. 'I always forgive you, you should know that by now. I just have one question: what are you saying sorry for?' 'For whatever I did to upset you,' he replied earnestly. She sighed and sat up, pulling her clothes back on. 'If you don't know what you're saying sorry for it's a worthless apology. Why didn't you take a fraction of the time you wasted setting this all up to ask me why I was upset?' 'Darling, wait. I'm an idiot, tell me now, please. I'm sorry.'
