I have been a member for 3 months and suddenly I cannot use my password. I get a message stating "Authorization has failed." Why can't I get in?
Why can't I log in with my username and password.
I forgot/lost my password!

Here are some possible explanations:
Your user name and password is cAsE sEnSiTiVe.
(ie. "Richard", "RICHARD" and "richard" are all different logins)
  • You didn't enter your username and password in the correct case (upper/lower case) sequence;
  • Your credit card was declined the last time we ran it;
  • Your credit card expired last month so we could not run your card this month. We inform all of our members of this unless we do not have a valid e-mail address or they do not want any e-mail sent.
  • You cancelled your account and forgot;
  • Your account was cancelled by us for unauthorized use of a credit card or similar reasons;
  • You moved and didn't notify us. Therefore your credit card was declined because your address could not be verified.

Why can't I log in with my username and password.

There are a number of reasons that your password may not be working. It may be helpful to reference the password checklist below for assistance.
Your user name and password is CaSe SeSiTivE.
(ie. Richard, RICHARD and richard are all different logins)

  • You need to enter your username and password in the same exact case sequence as you did when you signed up because our system is case sensitive. Make sure you are using capital and lowercase letters when necessary. This problem accounts for 90% of access difficulties.
  • We processed your account and found you didn't include enough valid information.
  • Your credit card was declined because of a lack of credit or because we do not have the address where you receive your credit card statement.
  • Perhaps your credit card has expired and you need to provide us with a new expiration date.
Therefore, first enter your username and password exactly as you did when you signed up. If that doesn't work, please email us at: webmaster@taboostories.com. We will do our best to reply promptly.
I forgot/lost my password!
Please e-mail us at webmaster@taboostories.com. with your full name, e-mail address, YOUR BEST GUESS as to what your password is and the FIRST FOUR digits of your credit card number. We will e-mail your password back to you as quickly as we can.
