| There are several reasons that the live video may not be working on your browser. Take a look at the live video checklist below for assistance. |

| If you are using one of the browsers above and video is still not working, make sure java is "enabled" in your preferences for the browser. |
| If the Video is still not working, the internet may be down somewhere between you and the where the video is coming from. Check back at a later time to see if it is working again. |
| If you are trying to access one of the Live Video/Chat One On One features, you need to purchase an additional password. |
